    At Oath & Ember, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

    Returns & Exchanges

    We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

    To start a return, please email us at support@oathandember.org with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

    Please note:

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

    • Sale items, personalized products, and digital downloads are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt without proof of delivery.

    Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo and order number so we can make it right.

  • Shipping Policy

    We ship from Appleton, Wisconsin and currently serve customers across the United States. We are hoping to ship internationally soon.

    Processing Time

    Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer and will be noted in the product description.

    Shipping Rates & Delivery

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, delivery location, and shipping method selected.

    We offer:

    • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

    • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

    • Free shipping on all orders over $75 (U.S. only)

    Tracking Your Order

    Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don’t receive your tracking email within 5 business days, please contact us at support@oathandember.org.

    International Shipping

    We currently do not offer international shipping. We hope to have this as a typical offering soon. If you are interested in ordering from outside the U.S., feel free to reach out — we’re happy to explore options.
