The Quiet Fire is a 10-week group coaching program created for sensitive, emotionally attuned women who lead, hold space, or care deeply — and are ready to heal in ways that don’t require self-sacrifice. This experience is about building inner resilience and sustainable strength without pushing through or hardening up.

​While the structure and themes of the program are consistent, session content and pacing may be adapted slightly based on the needs, energy, and lived experiences of the group.​ We will have a participant cap at 20 participants to maintain the intimacy and connection that make this experience meaningful.
